Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Providing teletherapy services for students from kindergarten through 12th grade, this contract position offers flexible scheduling and a dynamic work environment focused on speech-language pathology within school settings.
Location: Dearborn, MI (serving various school levels including middle and high schools, as well as elementary).
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering speech therapy sessions via telepractice to middle and high school students (approximately 35 hours per week).
- Providing teletherapy for elementary students (15-20 hours per week), including initial evaluations and ongoing assessments.
- Collaborating remotely with educational staff to support student communication goals.
- Managing documentation and progress reporting in compliance with school standards.
Preferred qualifications and skills:
- Current, active Michigan license in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Experience and comfort with teletherapy platforms and virtual service delivery.
- Ability to conduct initial speech therapy evaluations and assessments independently.
- Strong communication skills and adaptability to varied student needs across grades K-12.
- Availability to select preferred working days within the contracted time frame.
Contract duration extends through June 12, 2026, with two positions available, including one requiring 1.5 full-time equivalent hours.
